How do I know what size to order?

» Please refer to our "Size Guide" page in our header for more details about product sizing.

 

How soon will I get my order?

» Our current processing time is 3-10 business days to custom make your order, which does not including shipping time.

 

What if I put the wrong shipping address?

» Please make sure to double check your shipping address before finalizing your order, if your address is incorrect and you notify us after item has already been shipped, there is nothing we can do to fix it. If you notice an error before the product has shipped, please contact us so we can update your information.

» If your package is "Returned to Sender" due to an incorrect address, the customer will be required to pay shipping a second time in order for the package to be reshipped.

 

Can I use multiple discount codes?

» Unfortunately we do not allow customers to stack discounts and are limited to one per order.

 

I ordered the wrong size, how can I return or exchange?

» Due to the nature of our products and all items being handmade to order, we do not accept returns. Please refer to our Refund Policy for more details.

 

Do you ship internationally? 

We ship worldwide! Please note: due to COVID19 some countries may be restricted from receiving packages from the US. Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout.
