Shipping policy

Current processing time: 3-5 business days - this does not include shipping time.

Shipping time and costs will vary depending on the service that you choose at checkout. Please make sure to double check your shipping address before finalizing your order. If your address is incorrect and you notify us after item has already been shipped, there is nothing we can do to fix it. If you notice an error before the product has shipped, please email us so we can update your information.

 

Route Shipping Insurance is available at checkout for at an extra cost. By not selecting this option, Kobe & Company is not responsible for any stolen, lost, or delayed, or damaged packages.

What Route Covers:

  • Lost Packages: If your package is marked as lost by the carrier or hasn’t arrived within 7 days (domestic orders) or 20 days (international orders), you may file a claim with Route
  • Damaged Items: If your item arrives damaged, Route will cover the cost of a replacement or refund.
  • Stolen Packages: If your package is marked as delivered but you haven’t received it, Route offers coverage for stolen items when a claim is submitted.

How to File a Claim with Route:

  • Visit the Route Claims Portal and provide your order details.
  • Claims should be submitted within 7 days of the delivery date for stolen items or the expected delivery date for lost packages.

Important Notes:

  • Route coverage must be added at checkout to be eligible for these benefits. By not selecting, Kobe & Company is not liable for any lost, delayed, damaged, or stolen items. 
  • Refunds or replacements for claims approved by Route will be processed as per their policy terms.

 

If your package is "Returned to Sender" due to an incorrect address, the customer will be required to pay shipping a second time in order for the package to be reshipped.

Customs duties (international orders):

Unfortunately we cannot guarantee that you will not be charged any customs taxes or duties. These charges may occur once the package reaches its destination country. Additionally, these charges must be paid by the recipient of the package. We are not responsible for customs delays or duties charges.
