Refund policy
Return Policy:
We evaluate returns requests on a case by case basis, and must be requested within 14 days of delivery. To notify us of a return request, please email us with your name, order number, and reason for return. If we agree to initiate a return, the customer is responsible for a $5 shipping cost to return the item. Refunds will not be given until the return has arrived back at our facility within 3-5 business days.
Exchange Policy:
We only accept exchanges on damaged products, however all items are thoroughly reviewed for quality issues before shipment. To notify us of any issues, please email us at info@kobe-and-company.com with photos and a detailed explanation. Once we receive the item, we can process your exchange for another item and we will cover shipping costs for the new item.
Refund Policy:
In the event of a damaged product, the customer will be allowed to return the product for a refund. To notify us of any issues, please email us with photos and a detailed explanation. Refunds will not be given without returning the damaged item.
Shipping Protection with Route:
We offer Route Shipping Protection to ensure your order is fully protected from loss, theft, and damage during transit.
What Route Covers:
- Lost Packages: If your package is marked as lost by the carrier or hasn’t arrived within 7 days (domestic orders) or 20 days (international orders), you may file a claim with Route
- Damaged Items: If your item arrives damaged, Route will cover the cost of a replacement or refund.
- Stolen Packages: If your package is marked as delivered but you haven’t received it, Route offers coverage for stolen items when a claim is submitted.
How to File a Claim with Route:
- Visit Route Claims Portal and provide your order details.
- Claims must be submitted within 15 days of the delivery date for stolen items or the expected delivery date for lost packages.
Important Notes:
- Route coverage must be added at checkout to be eligible for these benefits.
- Refunds or replacements for claims approved by Route will be processed as per their policy terms.
